Dr. Samantha Turcotte is a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in both medical and mental health care. As founder of Aesthetic Haven Health & Beauty, she provides comprehensive, patient-centered treatment designed to support physical health, emotional wellness, and confidence.
Her dual certification allows her to deliver integrated primary care, psychiatric services, medical weight management, and advanced aesthetic treatments within one coordinated practice.
Dr. Turcotte is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to achieve long-term health and wellness.
Alexis Andrade, MS, QMHP
Behavioral Health Clinician | Founder, Always in Mind Behavioral Health
Alexis Andrade is a master’s-level behavioral health clinician and Qualified Mental Health Professional providing evidence-based therapy and behavioral support to adolescents and adults.
She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, and neurodivergent support, including executive functioning challenges.
As founder of Always in Mind Behavioral Health, Alexis collaborates closely with Dr. Turcotte to provide coordinated mental health services within Aesthetic Haven’s integrated care model.
Her approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on helping clients build resilience and improve overall quality of life.

Office Manager
